Some of these ideas are Hideout-specific, some are AIC-wide. Either way, this is just a brain dump of the stuff I've been thinking about and talking with some other folks about.  All comments are welcomed!

• Table tent-like things for the coffeehouse with hideout/AIC website

Not sure what the right size is, but these things don't cost much, especially for the small # of tables we'd need to cover. There are what, 15 tables in the coffeehouse? 25? We're talking less than $50 to get these things, then our only cost is printing the inserts. For the money, I'd say this is much more effective than spamming random locations with flyers.

• Each week:  record Maestro to audio/video.  Excerpt funny scene.  Publish the next day as part of regular podcast/vodcast.

Continued impossibility - have cameras mounted in the booth and one or two other locations. Have their record buttons tied into the light booth. Start of show, hit 'record'. Download video onto the kick-awesome digital editing comp in the booth. Upload to web.
