i just passed my orals (a "high" pass whatever THAT means. does it mean distinction? whatever, who cares). so check THAT fun little life experience off the list.

and now, to play frisbee and drink beer for the rest of the semester. HA. i mean, and now to find gainful employment for the rest of my life.
