WEll - It's my 21st birthday on monday, just one year from the champagne birthday my friends - keep that day open... it'll be a fuckin haymaker of a party .. i Promise.
On another note, I'm anxiously awaiting news on a prospective job back in the Peg. The answer on this job directly affects when I can move back... I'm hoping its a yes (obviously). So, for the moment I'm just nursing a rye and coke and listening to some sweet sweet musical sounds comin from my speakers. Those boys from Altona (The Downfall) have put together a masterful work with the help of my buddy Jared Weiss... looking forward to seeing the twin Justins on SHEEEREDDDING guitar at the shows (either Dec 17th or the later shows depending on when i get back). Not to mention the reincarnation of one of Winnipeg's most talented bands in their new incarnation --- "Port Amoral".
As for myself, I hope to force myself back into the music scene any way I can. I guess we'll see what happens when I get back. i've been listening to a lot of Santana lately - some real good grooves. Those latinos know their rhythms - Oyo como VA!! I laughed my ass of when I tried to translate that song's lyrics haha

haha - I took a couple liberties in the translation... but that's the gist of it. That Santana's such a mack.
