(no subject)
It's been awhile since my last update, but mostly because things are going well and I therefore have nothing to complain about. I'm done waiting tables in St. Andrew's Cafe, and have moved on to the next class in restaurant row, the kitchen in American Bounty. I'm working the salad station (or garde manger for all the culi's out there) with Monika, which is fun, mostly because we rock the shit, but also because the work is easy, and the chef and the TA are both so chill and cool. So basically, I'm just riding out the next two weeks until I start my next class, which is also my final class before summer starts. 5 weeks and counting until I graduate and get to go home for a month and a half!! Now, I know everybody else will be out of school in less than two weeks, so if there's gonna be any plans of things going down, I hope I get in the know somehow. Until then, I'm just gonna sit back and toss some salads! ;-P
