Two posts from me in 24 hours? What's the world coming to?!
Usually I am hardly likely to post twice a month, let alone twice in one day. But this article that I just found is so ridiculous that I had to post it. Even The Onion couldn't have come up with a better one. Apparently in an attempt to undermine the Dalai Lama, Chine has decided to ban Buddhist monks in Tibet from reincarnating without government approval. And yes, you read that right. :)
