Olympics and mutants and icon fic again

I'm such a sports geek. When the x_men100 challenge asked for mock news articles about mutants, I wrote "Higher Faster Stronger" about the effects on the Olympics. The sad thing is I could have written an even longer version, if I was so inclined. I'd like to do a followup to my Kitty/Piotr "if they weren't mutants" encounter... we'll see what happens.

The Shirahamine Sho is also a Snow Goddess icon actually, but the Shadows always make for... interesting muses.

Ooh, that icon was my second choice! But I think I'll stick with the Shadows. :)

So may I ask how this works? I kinda know what a drabble is, that's a short fic basically, right? This means you'll write a fic about the icon, but what do you mean "for you"? That you'll write it based on my challenge, or that it'll somehow be about me and the Shadows? Sorry if I sound clueless here... I want to use this meme, but I kinda want to know what I'd be getting myself into first. ;)

Can't escape from the Shadows, can I?

Technically a drabble is 100 words, but I like the idea of expanding it to 250. The "for you" part is that the drabble will be written for you like a dedication. You challenged me and I respond with whatever my strange brain comes up with. Although if you have a preference/prompt for the icon, have at it.

i.e. Just the Shadows in general or Morden... any B5 characters to avoid/include?

Hmm... yeah, I like the idea of expanding it too. No real preferences, no... just that it be pro-Shadow. Oh, and avoid Leta or however you spell her name, if possible. Otherwise, whatever you want is fine with me! *is really curious about this whole thing*

pro-Shadow... gee, so no surprised there! Don't worry Lyta is my least favorite character, so she probably wouldn't be my first choice.
