One last Mummy grumble
I forgot a trailer I saw in theaters. The new "Tomb of the Dragon Emperor" looks like a fun location, but when Michelle Yeoh makes a stronger presence in the trailer than your supposed leading lady, I don't think it's a good sign. Granted they didn't include any of the new Evy's big scenes, but still, I should recognize her as more than "She must be the brunette standing in between those two characters". I saw half a minute of the "Mummy" opening on some channel over the weekend and I can see why Rachel Weisz's Evy is so well liked and regarded. *sighs*
Witchblade is out this week. I can mark that off my "I never thought I'd see it on dvd" list. Will it hold up? (And did they keep all the music intact? Witchblade was one of those series where they really got the music "right".) I'm reading the omnibus of "Rogue Angel" of the first three books and dear lord the crossovers between those two shows would be irresistible. But I'd have to read up on Joan of Arc.
