Superheroes in Fashion

Superheroes Fashion & Fantasy - Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute exhibit is running May-September 2008 organized thematically around specific heroes and heroines. According to the press release, there will a book accompanying the exhibit for those who can't make it to New York.

Sounds like a really fun exhibit. :D

Speaking of superheroes costumes, I always crack up during that scene in "The Incredibles" when Edna Mode yelled, "NO CAPES!" while showing gruesome deaths of the superheroes who were betrayed by their own capes. Even Syndrome got ultimately killed because of his cape lol.
