NCIS - Identity Crisis
GIP! I've swapped out Vicki Nelson as my default for a new bright and shiny Torri icon from her NCIS episode made by the talented ubiquitous_girl. I've also added a Claudia Hoffman icon I liked, so if that bunny ever nibbling again (and probably hiding a sword somewhere), I'll be ready for it. I like being prepared for plot bunnies. They still find me, but...
Torri was only in two scenes, playing an overtaxed medical examiner. I did like her character and I could see them bringing Jordan back in some fashion. At least she's getting some primetime exposure.
Her character mostly interacted with Ducky, easily my favorite of the NCIS team. Thus prompting a very weird cross-fandom combination of Stargate Atlantis and VR5. (Most people know him from MUNCLE or NCIS. I remember the either dangerous or insane or both Joseph Bloom. Go figure.)
I agreed with confettiofstars though. I really didn't like Zvi. She almost redeemed herself at the end of the episode, but mostly I found her grating on my nerves. I loved Abby too, with her "You bring me the coolest stuff". *backs away slowly* In fact, I seemed to much prefer the technical/medical/forensic types to the policey type characters on this show. I don't know if that's typical. Am I supposed to like the guys? (i.e. McGee & DiNozzo) Because they were both kinda "meh" for me. I've watched "Dark Angel" and Michael Weatherly didn't even register this time. *shrugs*
Not likely to turn into a "Bones" for me. (i.e. Watch for the guest star and stay for a bit longer)
