The last place I expected to see Joe Quesada...

So I settled down for the Monday Night Football Countdown pregame show for the Redskins-Eagles this evening, not expecting to get both my fandoms in one shot. They did their usual profiles and nattering on the game, including one on Eagles' defensive star Brian Dawkins, notable to comic book fans because he's a big Wolverine fan, even styles himself as "Weapon X". (I'm not big on nicknames, because it's usually all talk. In this case, it isn't entirely hype. Certainly Dawkins gives the Redskins fits every time he plays!) The profile showed John Romita Jr sketching Wolverine and an interview clip with Joe Quesada. Then they went to Dawkins' locker and showed all the different Wolverine action figures and statues all over his locker. Dawkins' favorite was a statue of Wolverine as Brood -- all animalistic and raw. They even showed a fanart someone had done of Dawkins as Wolverine.
