I reaggravated a foot injury I'm currently tussling with over the weekend, so I spent a large portion curled up on the couch either watching television or trying to write. Thank god for Fox on Demand, so I could rewatch "Bones" for my Angela/Hodgins ficathon story. I'm still not sure I'm doing the prompt justice. I know several people in the ficathon immediately saw mine and thought "Oooo, smut, right?" So they'll probably be disappointed. *shrugs*
I went ahead and blew through the other episodes of "Dark Angel" I had, despite the skipping the two episodes. Season 2 of "Dark Angel" is completely different in tone from the first. It went from "Avenging Angel" to a post mod version of "Beauty and Beast". Jensen did make a wonderful addition to the cast. He certainly had no issues adjusting to the outside world the way the younger Max or the other escapees did. I could even see little hints of a younger Dean with the car scene. The additional angst between Max and Logan (and blonde bimbette Asha) was eye roll worthy. I sorta see why people look on this series with a wistful "what might have been", because the first season was fascinating. Second season aside from Alec... not as much so far.
I did watch the teaser for "Criminal Minds" long enough to see Jaime's appearance. Marks the third forensic show she's appeared in now, along with "CSI" and "Bones". It's definitely not for the squeamish and as I've said on occasion, I'm definitely not Nat Packer material. I don't know whether it's worth capping.
