And my Fridays are taken over...
So last week the theme of Sci Fi Friday was "getting x back together again". This week the random theme appeared to be riffs on "bedside manner". I'm sure they didn't plan that, but it was funny all the same.
I've somehow become a SGA fan. I blame Sheppard. It's usually his fault in some fashion anyway. I'm still working my way through the episodes I've offloaded. I'm not watching them in any real order so sometimes I notice things. In my traditional manner, I've fallen for the nearly-canon-enough ship of Sheppard/Weir. (Even Caldwell noticed, so it's obvious!) *shrugs* I didn't plan it, really.
Was it just me or did the Sheppard/Teyla kiss remind me of Wesley/Cordelia kiss way back in "Graduation" in Buffy? All messy and embarrassing and "What the hell was that?" reaction. Absolutely not the person I wanted John to be kissing, but at least he had some strong scenes with Elizabeth. Even when he was losing it, John was still trying to protect her.
