i knew NEWS or K8 didn't stand a chance in doing the theme song since Arashi is the most senior group represented there. plus NEWS already has Happy Birthday so a new single so soon after it is near impossible.

which was why i was hoping it would be some other singer/band not from JE. but guess TBS likes to milk money for all it's worth hence Arashi doing the theme song.

as for NEWS having a new album to go along with the concert, i personally hope they don't have one. i was a little disappointed with the Pacific Con because the order and flow of songs felt a bit weird and they didn't sing some of my fav older songs. ): without a new album tie-in with the concert, they'll be free to do whatever they want without feeling obligated to sing most of their new album's songs. :D

Hi~ ive seen you around from Daelite ;)
I was actually hoping it would be someone else too. Anyone so long its nice/fitting.
Senior group reasoning was simply why i said its not surprising. Eventhough Arashi had just released a single for Maou. But then again, its ARASHI lol.

The album is still rumored but Im hoping the same too. NEWS have managed a good 2005 Spring con, NEWSnowCon, NEWSYear Con and 2006 Spring con without any album so I don't see why this con should relate with a new album. As much as I am a fan, I don't want them to just release things for the sake of releasing. Even "Happy birthday" was a bit of a surprised for me ^^; I had expect them to release a single but not for Kose and not in Oct. But then again, no one knows the way Johnnys work =.= We seem to be thinking alike in this. I do not dislike Pacific but I so agree on the songlist part. Not because they didn't sing my fave songs but the songlist seems.....erratic random

i have a really random and crazy theory based on the timeline provided by Daelite. if what she said about the possibility of Kusano returning to Japan in Jan/Feb happens, there's a golden opportunity for NEWS to announce the return of Kusano and Uchi at the last concert in Osaka which is in mid-Jan. cuz i would think Kusano would have already finished "serving" his suspension term and be ready like Uchi to be re-introduced into showbiz again.

We have that habit of cooking up theories based on the things that we know/hear/see/assume. LOL.
What you said is exactly where the theory leads to. That is why Im hoping to hit for that very last show. Something tells me that I should be there haha~ Even if nothing happen, it is in Osaka and last show is always the best!
Not to mention next year is NEWS 5th anniversary for the May Debut. I always tell myself not to think too much but things really fall into place nicely xD

it would be nice to go for the last show. but im gonna be in Tokyo during the Tokyo Dome dates so im gonna try for that. now, if i can somehow find tickets for it. (>___<) i'll cry if i can't get even a lousy ticket for any of NEWS concert in Tokyo Dome. so near yet so far. T_T

i wonder will Johnny have nice shiny plans for NEWS's 5th anniversary. it's not even Arashi's 10th year yet and they already own 2008. i can just imagine their 10th in 2009. how are they going to outdo themselves. :P
