It is strange to be in the house again after so long, but it's a comfort too. Took about a week to clean it all up and straighten things up.
The weather has been great so I've spent a bit of time on the deck and watching the water. I admit I've had my mind on the Texas coast for far too long but it's not like I can help that. But I've been assured that things will be fine.
