This has to be one of my most productive holidays ever - I've tested out numerous recipes I've planned on trying, eaten tonnes of food, attempted to recplicate yummy dishes I had outside, spent time with people I miss and love, travel, moved my lazy bum off the sofa and I feel more refreshed than ever.

Here are a few triumphs - however, the background behind each image is often tainted with missteps, error and mess in the kitchen, but it's been an amazing experience and I can't wait to bake again tomorrow evening!
