So far so good.
The scales say 96 kilos this morning, a loss of 800grams. I'm sticking under my points and I've been for a walk twice this week.
My inspirational quote for today is;

For the last five years I have been yo-yo in up and down over the same 2 kilos. It’s not too bad really, a pretty good maintenance … but the PLAN was to LOSE weight and it wasn’t happening. So I’m changing my patterns to those that gave me success so many years ago (I was a weight watchers leader in 2000 and weighed 67kgs).
I don’t actually want to get back to being that thin. Both my husband and I agreed that it was too thin on my large frame. This time I’d like to lose 20 kilos to get down to 76.8kilos.
So here is my statement:
I currently weigh: 96kg
Goal weight: 77kg
Weight Lost to date: 0.8kg
Weight to lose: 19kg
