Thanks for coming, please take a schedule with you!
So we just did our first night of viewings, it was pretty nerve-wracking.
It all felt so very odd. Well, I suppose it was! We put up a really large plaque advertising our address and asking people to come look around our house. Then we had to let a lot of strangers in our house and answer questions about how our life there was.
There was one woman who was very odd. She asked a looot of questions but seemed interested in buying the house so I was very happy to answer them. When she was eventually about to leave she asked if she could put in an early offer and asked some very blunt questions about how much money we were hoping to get. Kev and I hadn't actually found a house we liked in a couple of weeks so we told her that it was fine for her to put in the offer but we weren't sure if we'd take it, we'd probably wait and see how next sunday's viewings went. (the next day she put in a good offer and although we were tempted we decided to definitely wait until Monday morning to tell her our decision.)
[I meant to update with this last week but I did something to my elbows and my hands went numb, it's either a bit better now or perhaps I'm just used to it now...]
