I don't want to say "OMG I HOPE I HAVE HYPOTHYROIDISM," but I will be very upset if the tests don't show anything conclusive. I just want some sort of resolution, I guess. I'm tired of TRYING so hard to do the right things and eat well and be healthy, and it just... not even having any effect. This has actually been bugging me for a long time, but I just assumed that I wasn't doing enough -- wasn't exercising enough, wasn't eating healthy enough, wasn't being smart or good enough. And now there is a chance that what's going on might not be directly related to anything I've been doing. And THAT is a potential relief. Not the possibility that I may have a thyroid disorder. I don't WANT it, but I do want some sort of... validation? If that makes sense?
I also want to know what on earth has been going on with my hand.
My sis was diagnosed with hypothyroidism..and it came with rheumatoid arthritis. they had to remove her entire thyroid because it was cancerous as opposed to just taking out a tiny part of it, which was the original plan. now she has to take these pills for life and sometimes they're not working well enough that she has trouble just bending her knee.
hopefully, they come up with something concrete, yeah?
