TFA Geek

So with a bad week weighing on me, I turned very geekily to the optimistic over-achiever model that TFA is rife with and its actually serving me quite well. Step one, organize like a motherfucker. Step 2, maintain sense of possibility. Step 3 increase effort with adveristy. I feel like a year ago, I would have just dodged responsbility on as much as possibility. Today, I'm going to bring my manager in on the challenges I'm having this week and ask for support in prioritizing and communicating with the various people that have put Thanksgiving sized portions of work on my plate.

Also, I watched Last King of Scotland last night. What a funny movie about such a scary fucking dude. Forst Whitaker really was brilliant.
