All precincts closed at the same time and all north side have reported. South side, or the ones strongly favoring Mr. Mayor have not reported yet. I wonder if they are just waiting to see how many votes it will take to have their candidate win so they can enter votes for people who did not show up to vote in favor of their candidate.
