Day in sweatpants fail
I went to D.C. to study with Mike & Brian today ... sadly, they kept making fun of my comfy clothes - sweats and a comfy pullover. Is there a way to make sweatpants not look hobo? I guess not since I can't even recall ever seeing any picture. of people in sweats on Tumblr and you know something is stylish if it's on Tumblr LOL
So my DC stay didn't seem productive but I did accomplish quite a lot. That being said, I still have a lot to do before I can relax.
My goal tonight is so sleep before 3AM. That gives me 26 minutes to chill and settle.
Unfortunately I was unable to use the word canorous yesterday. The opportunity never came. As for today's word of the day, it is métier. I didn't know this was used in the English language. It's also kind of funny because my dictionary.com app is having issues and it actually reads métier. But since I'm taking CS100 I recognize the character code. I love when I can apply what I've learned in school to daily events. That's when I truly feel like I've learned something and finally answer the infamous question perpetually being asked by students: "When will this ever help me in life??"
