seriously, as if having to leave florida wasn't bad enough, being sick certainly doesn't soften the blow. and though i'm horribly tempted to call this my top 10 reasons why right now SUCKS... i'm going to somewhat control that whining desire and refer to it as top 10 reasons why i'm not completely in the depths of despair since at least i have these memories to hold onto...
1. the view from our 22nd floor balcony condo. looking down on the pool, out on the ocean (with dolphins)... perfect for breakfast, midafternoon reading, and even a 9 PM nap.
2. AL and i being outdone by the "spring break slut"... WHOONU she had it in her ;)
3. the UKness. the random CATS cheers, yelling out "KENTUCKY ROCKS" whenever someone was sporting big blue gear, getting to watch them actually WIN with an equally psychotic fan... it was almost like being at home. avec beach.
4. post dinner pre going out naps.
5. our waitress at breakers. we totally could have bought ourselves 5 more rounds of andes mints with the tips that we gave her for bringing us 1, but she was just too awesome.
6. phone calls/texts/voicemails with goms, bsutt, mikey, lez, caro, and the cousin. ok, so i could have had them anywhere, but the ones i had while down there were winners.
7. dancing with my girls, even if weird sketchy old man watched it a little too much.
8. andrew. wusi and i totally stalked him with our eyes... pretty sure it freaked his mother out.
9. just meeting people i'll never see again... but hey, it's panama city.
10. but mostly, just getting to spend some quality time with wusi, nina, anna leigh, and justin, all of whom i won't be seeing too often after this either... woot, guys, woot.
