church what?
so basically i've been attending church these last two months.
and this is what i've learned...
i was right in avoiding religion.
basically there is a reason that i avoid religion.
i don't like the idea of depending on something intangible
basically i like having a certain amount of control
over everything.
pb coming up was a good reminder
of all the good things i already have in life.
this void does not need to be filled by a "higher power"
instead, all it needs is the love and care of a few ppo.
my roommate explained to me that
these fillers are all only temporary.
but for me they're not.
they're just the hope i need.
to know that whenever i need to be filled.
i will be able to find it.
but i will continue attending church
not so much to become religious, but just to educate myself.
and to spend some quality time with the roomie.
i think im slowly starting to see who i've become...
and slowly with the help of my two best friends
i'm smiling at my reflection.
and it's by far the best feeling in the world.
