Could construction site be aestethic ?
In recent years Kaunas old town sees significantly more constructions (and reconstructions). One of such recently started constructions is the residential complex "Old town apartments". This will be the new residential complex at the place were old house has been demolished very many years ago (around 1905).
It is still far from the finish but many people (including journalists from several media sources) observed that among other construction sites this site is very "aesthetic". Including the temporal fence (as well as the general situation at the site):

I still naively believe that good examples may be infectious and other developers may follow this way too ...
