This is plan. How it will look like in reality ?

Few days ago I found that there are plans to build  not big new business center several hundred meters away from my work place. Architect bureau RBL prepared project for it. In principal looks not bad - area isn't prestigious and this building may introduce contrasts in this area of typical panel commieblocks:





The only big question remains - in reality many buildings built by private investors looks worse than in the design proposed ...
