Okay people, I no longer work at American Eagle. I stopped showing there since late July. I started working at Newport Bay as a hostess mid July and now I'm quitting. My last day there is January 3rd, 2006. I've been there 6 months which is a lot longer than most of their employees there. I guess I wouldn't have left but my allegiances no longer lie with NB ever since they shafted myself and another hostess. I'm gonna miss it a rittle bit. There are some really awesome peoples there.
The other day, I hella saw the general (yes I said hella and I will likely say it again in the near future) manager wearing the ugliest outfit EVER. It was quite similar to that of a ten year old boy's. He was wearing one of these shirts (mind you, he's at least in his mid to late 30s)
I am now currently employed at a restaurant called Isami in Seattle. Chinatown. In Uwajimaya Village. To the left of the supermarket.
My mini cooper has arrived. I named him Nigel. He's blue with a white top. I have wheel locks, so don't even TRY to steal my rims. I wanted to take pictures with Nigel and send out christmas greetings but it's too late and I can't seem to find a willing photographer. . . alright I haven't asked anyone . . .But basically now I'm just debating on sending out late christmas greetings or just not doing it altogether.
I've been bugging myself about getting a backpack since the beginning of school this year and I finally gave in. Meet my future backpack:
isn't she a beaut?
I'm so materialistic I love it. But i'm not THAT materialistic. . . but I really kind of am. I also can't make up my mind on whether I'm truly materialistic or not. I'm going to David Sedaris on April 26th. The answer is "yes" to your "Oh em gee Vy, are you hella excited?"
But all in all, my break has been absolutely amazing, even if I can't find time to do all the things I want . . who ever really does?
Wait, have I ever told you about how much i EFFFIN love the library? I get newly released dvds like it's nobody's businessssssss. I went to the Tukwila library today. Umm definitely felt like I was walking into a closet. If you haven't been there, you should definitely check it out. They have "quiet study area" and its a table inbetween the children's area and the adult area. I'm just kidding, there isn't really a division. That one table is actually half in the kid's section and half in the adult section. Basically, you just need to holla at Tukwila Library for yourself to know.
Alright I guess that counts as an update. I miss you.
