Yesterday I participated in Celebration run ( distacne of 7km ). It was altogether good experience to run for a cause.It was really fun running especially when many old ppl ( women too ) and handicapped persons were also part of this Run

Take step by step. He planned to run next year also. If he ran 21 km this year itself, do u think he can recover within one yr ;-)

probably he will take 2 yrs to try the 21Km marathon. Great people never talk their plans, they just "Walk the Talk" ;-)
