(no subject)
After eight years it finally looks like I am going back to school. My plan is to work full time and go to school in another city full time. Money no longer appears to be a problem because of a generous loaning process but I can't say the same for time, and the inevitible shock I'll receive from the gas pump every time I fill up the tank to make the twice weekly trip to east lansing will cause my poor debit card to melt from the stress. Unfortunatly america has never truly embraced a comprehensive system of nationwide or even statewide public transportation and that can't be any more true here in the heart of the decaying big three, a disintergrating rust belt, and the worst road system in the country, a little place I like to call Michigan.
I've registered for classes, but since I registered so late I had to take pretty much whatever was still open. So I have a few intro classes, which I have taken some heat for being a junior but I havent been to school in eight years, as previously mentioned, and I have never had a job and gone to school so I will take this time to get back into the swing of things. Thinking too much about the circumstances tends to make me feel like I can't handle the load but I'm sure I can so i try not to do that. Thirty year old junior? ouch...
