does anyone happen to know the status on miami rivertown? It is/was a planned mixed use development on the miami river at the site of the miami mahi shrine temple. Its plans ran afoul of the FAA at some point because the buildings would be too tall and in the MIA flight path, and it stalled. With the condo market flat on its ass, it is a mystery. However, I have reason to want to know how long the mahi shrine temple will still be around...
