We found the pirate station interfering with us tonight! It's in a house southeast of Golden Glades, on about 45' of leaning ghettotower. The Ramsey DDF-1 totally failed to lead us in the right direction, but my Icom IC-R3 with its massive internal attenuation made it easy to track the sucker. With the attenuator at step 4 (aka, if you hear anything, you should not be here), the S-meter was peaking solid at 10... then we looked over and ZING, giant technophallus in the sky!
