That was very respectable for a first Bleach fic-- more importantly, it was decently realistic characterization for them both. They're both rough around the edges, not given to flowery romance. Thank you for keeping them that way and still making it poignant.

I'm really glad that you thought so. I was really anxious about this fic, and I'm glad I didn't kill their characters. Just going by the way that Rukia treats Ichigo, I can imagine her being worse with Renji since they've known each other for many more years. She'd kick him in the head if he pissed her off enough.:P Anyway, thank you so much for coming over to take a look at my fic.

gah! This is really good! I like how you slipped some jealous renji in there when he mentions ichigo. Also, i like how they aren't a perfect couple, especially with so many problems in their way if they were together. Keep up the good work! :D
