New Flyingfeet classes:
This coming Monday through 8/29 = intro 6 count swing, 7:30.
9/12 - 10/3:
7:30 - Argentine Tango
8:30 - Showstoppers: dips, drops, stops. This one doesn't necessarily need a partner (although balance is good). Intermediate, though that can be lindy, 6count, blues, or maybe for some stuff even waltz. "The first class keeps you mostly on the ground. Dips, single and double arm slides and pull throughs, fancy foot work patterns that will work for fast music, a few for slow music."
10/10-10/31
7:30 - Ballroom Dance Sampler
8:30 - Showstoppers: Airsteps and Slides. This does require a partner. Unlike September's class will have stuff where someone's feet are both off the ground - flips, throws, carries.
11/7-28:
7:30 - Get Ready for the Holidays (Dance sampler with stuff one gets at holiday parties - likely waltz, foxtrot, swing, salsa.)
8:30 - Holiday swing sampler likely some swing, some blues.
Except for the aerials class which is $50 all the classes are $40 for the 4 weeks, plus a Glen Echo reg fee of $12 per registration. (E.g. registering one person for 1, 3, or 6 classes is still a $12 reg fee if all is in one transaction.)
