[She'd been heading to the Pokemon Center for a quick healing fix for Godzilla (who, despite being a Croconaw now, apparently was not immune to Arty's temper), but when she spots the pensive nerd, a smile spring across her face and she shifts gaits, going from her jaunty walk to a slow, stealthy creep. .... Just the way Snake had taught her to move silently.]
[Unless Otacon turns around at some point, she'll be skulking her way towards him until she's riiiiiight behind him... and then she'll jab her fingers against his sides swiftly and shout:]

[When Julee spots the other Chatot, she timidly squawks, and when she focuses on Otacon himself she even has the manners to give him a somewhat croaky-sounding "Hello!" that probably doesn't carry all that well, but does make Cooper give the other man a wave.]

Hey. [Otacon waved slightly in return, looking mostly unaffected by the cold--once someone dealt with winter in Alaska, everything else didn't seem too bad.] How've you been?

[He looks up with a surprised smile at the other Chatot (he's never really seen anyone else with a Chatot before, and that sound was definitely something else) before he answers, tensing only a little when Julee hops closer to his face in order to get a better view at Emma.]
Oh, I can't complain. All things considered I've been just great. What about you?
