(no subject)
I dropped one of my majors and I am seriously so happy about it.
I dropped English because I had lost all interest in it. I kept History (with a concentration in Asian Studies) and I still plan on being a High School teacher. I would hope that a school would pick me over a freaking coach any day of the week lol.
I also get to start working on my Graphic Novel again. That means getting character sketches to Ray so he can start fleshing/sketching the character's on paper! This is something I really want to do. It feels like a whole weight lifted from my shoulders and I can get back into the things that I really missed. Plus, History is just ten times more interesting to me then debating about what a poem or story means. I get to enjoy things just as they are.
I do have to start on a senior thesis since I'll be done next Spring. I'm thinking I want to do the history of the yakuza. I find that so interesting and it really goes hand in hand with my graphic novel idea.
Man, I miss writing in this thing though. I need to start back up.
