I am so excited and bouncing for joy. I managed to cross a weight loss plateau that I have been trying to conquer for months. I had a few backslides off the exercise eat healthy path. But now game on only 9 lbs from goal weight. How have you done it you ask? Education my dear, simply count the calories and try to exercise more.
