I dont know...my plan is...go there and do GAP, marry Kai so that I can stay in the country, and hopefully get a part time job until kai's bandmates can get visas to live here...then come back to england, do the uni thing and get my stupid piece of paper to prove I'm smarts, then I can be a propa' teacher. yo'. hey...its a plan, OF SORTS. of sorts damnit.
do you know how long each option (of living in japan) allows you to stay there for the amount of time you need? Like...the most Take could get on his student visa was 2 years, but thats UK, so I dunno. And I have heard too many stories of people being kicked out of the country while they're waiting for their next visa to be organised and stuff. I guess it depends if you can find the 'right' company to work for? i.e one that has lots of money lol. unless you want to start taking ikebana classes or something xD
just make sure you have the full legal details of whatever you want to do. I heard of one guy who had to move back to US for 3 months, just because he couldnt get a student visa until term had actually started. meaning, he had to give up all the money he paid on his flat, sell all his stuff and move back to US, then move BACK to japan three months later, somehow afford MORE estate agent/landlord bribes etc, find another job and THEN apply for his student visa once he'd started at uni.
personally, I think you should come back and go to uni. It's just best to be absolutely sure that you have a secure, safe future in japan. Plus, the first couple years of the course should be so easy!
if you really get depserate, you could always get married! just hopefully you wont have had to be living together for at least 3 months like here!
