Five years. It’s been five years since the big drama in our relationship. It feels like it happened an eternity ago.
Right now our lives are peaceful, and I hope they stay that way. Our music careers are doing great, you are being honest with telling me things, I am trying to be around more often, and the sex is wonderful.
Last week I asked you to move in with me. Your response was that we should buy a new place and make new memories in it. I never knew that looking for a new place would be so hard in Tokyo. This was the city; shouldn’t there be plenty of places for sale with all of the people moving to it?
“Kaoru! Help me with this thing!” But we were able to find a nice one bedroom apartment for just the two of us.
“Don’t worry baby. Big strong Kaoru is here to help you lift the heavy box.”
