This past Friday night, Blade and my niece Ashley were at my house. Blade had just told me that he likes my shaved head look and to keep it. Ashley had a different opinion. The conversation went something like this…
Ashley: Uncle Jim, I liked it better when you wore your wig.
Me: Ashley, I never wore a wig.
Ashley: Yes you did. You even have the wig saved in a drawer in your bedroom!
Me: Ashley, that’s the ponytail that was cut off when I got my hair cut.
Ashley: Oh! Well, can’t you put it back on?
Me: How am I supposed to do that?
Ashley: You know, get some tape or superglue or something. I think you look a lot better with long hair! Just glue it back on!
