So I was actually going to post a somewhat uplifting entry about how having an 11 hour flight gave me time to think and sort out some issues I've been having and shift my attitude towards Japan a little bit.
But then I came home to find that I left the cable for my monitor IN AMERICA and a whole bunch of JETs shunned me on a dinner invite because there was no room in their car and my apartment in Japan is even colder than my house in goddamn Minnesota.
This is not how you do welcome home, Japan. Not at all.
