Fuck exercising! Just take walks. It's good to get out and do something that's free and easy, and you can spend some time with yourself. I'm thinking about riding my bike now that I think about it.
Not the best half! Also, melatonin is pretty sweet for making you sleepy. It's weak, so it doesn't work for everyone, but it makes you drowsy enough that you can go down if you don't fight it.
Yeah, I get you. I still think it's good that you aren't playing on your down time, but it might be nice to just develop some kind of side hobby, like movies or a video game. Time sinks are good for something.

Time sinks are best for when I have a semblance of order. Otherwise they become time endless black holes and all my time goes into them.
