023 [Event Action]
[Currently, the event is going on in full force, and Adell knows well and good he's affected by it. But what he doesn't know is that thought bubbles can appear above your head even while you sleep. Now, normally this would be a non-issue considering he normally doesn't nap and has his own room. But a problem occurs; last night, he didn't get

As Adell breaks past a dark-clad villain, he sticks out an arm and clotheslines him right off his motorcycle, sending it out of control and off into the woods, where it promptly explodes unnecessarily. After that, he accelerates over to another foe and sideswipes him. The enemy is only off balance for about a moment before he brakes briefly enough to end up right behind Adell. The mook lifts up his front tire and wheelies forward, attempting to strike Adell in the back. It doesn't work; the red-haired rider instead turns around and punches the incoming tire with a great deal of strength. This causes the enemy's bike to flip around in the air like a silly fly as the rider is deposited face first into the ground.
Meanwhile, Luka pulls out her bullwhip. Displaying superhuman dexterity, she successfully manages to control the motorcycle and lashes the bullwhip out at an enemy. The whip wraps around the enemy's waist, and with a strong tug, she separates the rider from the bike, dispatching one with great ease, and successfully loosening the whip in the process. The bike then skids along the ground riderless, where another foe runs into it, and is sent flying forward off of his own bike as both of them explode.
Two more remain. Luka gives her whip an experimental flick, then simply lashes one of the nearby riders across the helmet. Stunned and dazed, the rider veers off course and into the woods where he wipes out. The last foe drives up alongside her... too close for her to use the whip. Luka notices that he's about to pull a handgun on her, and instead of simply trying to build distance, she leans toward the aggressor and slams her bike into his, careful not to injure her leg. When the bikes make contact, with no hands on the controls, she reaches over and delivers a shattering elbow blow to the villain's side.
Like the others, this causes him to wipe out, and things look clear as they drive back onto the main road, the shortcut now complete.]

[When back out on the main road, all looks clear again. Until suddenly the same armored van looms from around a corner! It draws close again, but this time no one pops out of the top hatch. Adell and Luka glance back at each other, and with a smile, Adell springs into action.
He slows down and pulls alongside the truck, and presses a single button near the speedometer on the console of his motorcycle. He then takes his hands off the steering controls, and braces himself. The bike continues going straight alongside the van, and Adell leaps up to the top of the armored vehicle. Carefully balancing on top of it, he edges over to the hatch and grabs hold of it.
With another display of strength, he rips the steel hatch right off its hinges and throws it over his shoulder. In the next motion, he jumps down into the the hatch. The camera doesn't follow him inside, but as Luka looks back from her bike, she sees flashes of fiery light from inside the truck before it begins to swerve out of control. Eventually, Adell reappears out of the hatch as the truck falls off the cliff they were riding beside. With one powerful leap and a tuck and roll, Adell lands back on the road as the truck careens to the sea below.
With that, he stands up and dusts himself off. ...His bike's still traveling down the road on auto-pilot. So he's without a ride. He simply sticks out his thumb like a hitchhiker as Luka makes a U-turn to head back toward him.]

"...Always have to make a show of every fight you get into, don't you?"
"...Oh, don't think I didn't see you with that whip. You're hardly one to talk."
There's a slight giggle at this comment, but her tone remains somewhat wry. "Oh? Do you wish to walk back home?" Adell just gives her a knowing, if slightly sarcastic smirk, and simply sits down on the motorcycle behind her.
"No, this is fine. Let's go."
Once he's situated fully, Luka revs the engine and drives on down the road toward a large compound in the distance.]

[Luka-neechan can be a bit mean with Adell-niichan, but they make a great team. Luka likes this show.]
