Foxtrot-29, “Fenimore,” a Ferines. Ferines possess the ability to breathe underwater and are not strictly human; closer to an aquatic racial variant of humans. Foxtrot-29 possesses a noted distrust of humans and many around her, though some of these feelings appear to have declined over time, in small part, due to Echo-11, along with others. The irony of this, of course, is that the Subject is not human himself.
Echo-11 and Foxtrot-29's first encountered led the Subject to believe “Fenimore” was a thief, due to her taking some of Juliet-48's dresses. ...And then there were the encounters that left the Subject seeing Foxtrot-29 at compromising times. ...These incidents are a favorite of certain members of Science Team Hotel, but they have since been barred from any of the transmissions or data. Subject has also come to the aid of Foxtrot-29, defeating one of the most powerful creatures known to exist in her world to protect her. These two subjects can be considered on friendly terms.
“Fenimore” represents no threat to the organization, nor does her relationship with Echo-11. Foxtrot-29 has no known powers worth noting and no combat abilities. She only poses a threat if Echo-11 runs to her rescue. Study on their relationship will continue, but will not be a priority.
