Subject Omega-99, name “Yukari Yakumo,” is considered the guardian of the realm of Gensokyo, home of a race of supernatural creatures called youkai. ...Yukari is not an individual Science Team Hotel would have ever predicted to show up in this world, much less end up in enclosure. Yukari possesses the power of “boundary manipulation,” and if her powers are unfettered, she could manipulate any conceivable boundary, twisting reality to her will. The fact that she arrived here at all leads to theories that she may have willingly introduced herself into this world. However, such claims and theories have not been substantiated and should not be considered factual.
...The fact that Omega-99 has even met with Echo-11 is a sign of serious concern. Moreover, it seems the two are at the very least cordial, if not on the way to becoming friends. Though that said for now we can take solace that at the moment Yukari appears to merely draw amusement from Echo-11, instead of having an actual attachment to him... yet. However, this data itself is unreliable and they may be closer than we expect. Echo-11 has likely had little influence on her, thankfully, though it is unknown if the reverse is true.
It cannot be stressed enough how dangerous this relationship is. Both Echo-11 and Omega-99 individually possess astronomic levels of power. The only things that keep Yukari in check are our current power-cap Shift, which has been modified to further reduce her power, and her own abject laziness. If Echo-11 were to ever stir Yukari into action (or vise-versa), and our ability to contain her fails, we are looking at a potentially catastrophic incident. Between Yukari's reality warping powers and sheer magical prowess along with the Subject's raw physical power and demonic toughness at his full strength, they could conceivably rip this world apart.
It is imperative that we monitor this relationship at all costs, and take steps to deal with it should they pose even the most minute of a threat to the Organization.
