[...It has not been a good few days for Adell.  Horrible Malnosso experimentation and emotional instability.  Not fun.  Also, they've seen fit to deposit him unceremoniously in the village unconscious.

[He turns at the familiar voice, his red eyes piercing as he looks Daisy in the eye.]

...They won't be able to do anything for this.

...I can tell you that I'm unhurt.

[Adell eases his stance a bit, still not breaking eye contact. He can tell she's feeling guarded around him. Who could blame her, looking how he did? If anything, this was revealing what he really was. In a twisted sort of way.]

...They drugged me. And experimented on me. But I'm not injured. And I doubt any healing magic or treatment will fix what's wrong with me right now.

It comes and it goes. Whatever they did, they...

[He stops speaking here for an instant.]

[He takes in a sharp breath and a hand shoots to his right side.]

Aaagh... dammit! Stay... stay back, Daisy.

[He grunts again, and around him an aura begins to form. Normally when Adell's power is unleashed it manifests in an orange, fiery sort of aura. This time though... the aura around him is dark. It's nearly black in tone, giving off a deep purple glow that appears sinister. And instead of flickering like flames, the top of the aura ripples more like tendrils, dissipating as it rises away from him.

In the midst of it all, it looks like Adell is trying to keep control of something. Whatever it is, it doesn't appear as though he's fighting back something that might take over, but more like he's trying to control it.]

[...It takes a moment, but Adell straightens back up, the look of pain gone, but the aura persisting. Either way, he's shifted back to his normal stance, though he looks down at one of his hands before balling it into a fist.]

Argh... they messed with my powers. They're always going at full... sometimes more than full.

[He loosens his hand again, letting it drop to his side.]

[Action]

It's... fine. So far all that's happened if my power gets overfull is... this.

[He raises his hand and looks at the aura that's surrounding him.]

...I think this is burning off the energy I'm not using. Don't think it's dangerous to anyone, despite its look...

Right now the only way I feel like relieving stress is beating the shit out of a few mad scientists. But since I can't do that... the Battle Dome's helped some.

Just have a lot to deal with right now.
