Start date
I've been waiting on a start date for me to switch over to my new team at work. The lady who called me 2 weeks ago offering me the job was supposed to call me to tell me what my start date was, but usually that happens within a day or two of the initial offer. I tried calling her several times this past week, and then I tried calling her boss, but got either no calls back or if I did get her to pick up, she would ask me for my number and then promise to call me back.
Anyway, she finally calls me this morning, and asks me if I am waiting for something, and why I don't have a start date yet. I start explaining to her that it is her job to give me a start date, and that since she has never called me back, I really would not know anything about it.
Hopefully they will have it figured out soon.
