I got back from an annual check up and have slightly elevated blood pressure. My blood pressure last year was 125/89, 2011 end it was 120/78 and today it was 120/90. Not something to freak out about but it could be lower so hopefully some more activity will be a good start. As far as diet goes I do not eat much salty foods and cook dinner at least 4 nights out of the week.

I wants to be healthy!

Give me suggestions to move and burn those calories. Keep the cankles away!
