Riding + 1 Paper
MmMm Friday!! Last day of classes sorta! Work was nice this morning. I am testing a buttload of Xserves and parts and things. It's keeping my occupied haha I had my farrier appointment at 12:30pm today. First time Nippet got shoes with me. I am sure he's had them before but not when I had him. It went quite well although towards then end he got a little ansty. I don't understand how they can take nails right up through his foot, OWWW!! Mark said he has some fluid in his or near his tendons, but it was nothing to worry about. Just run cold water over it and massage it. So overall it was great. Mark is the best farrier...although he's the only farrier I know hahaha but he's THE BEST!
So...I put Nippet back in his paddock and chased him for a little. He looks so happy!! I need more pics of him, tomorrow maybe or Sunday since it's supposed to rain tomorrow.
Went back to work after the shoeing and that was nice. Got a lot of parts tested and things done which was nice. I feel so accomplished. Then I came home and played some games or something...then I went riding. I've been going later at night from like 6-9pm or something cause it's nice and cool and I have the whole place to myself haha
Nippet was grand today, did everything I wanted. I washed his leg with cool water and massaged it like Mark said so yay for that! I might do it again tomorrow just for good luck or something lol He was a bit scared of the hose but got over it when he saw all the grass he could eat while I hosed him off and massaged him...go him.
The ride was excellent, we went out on the little trail and in the indoor and he was wonderful.
Did my final paper for Linux class and NOW NO MORE HOMEWORK...until next semester, uugh hahaha And I get to drive like 4 hours to class tomorrow and 4 hours home, LAME...I hate that shit, it's stupid and people suck GARRR!!!!
Oh well, I played some Codename Gordon tonight, fun fun and maybe now some pool with Emilie, nighto!
