WoW, HW & CSS
Work today was quite nice. Went in and did some emails and stuff. Then I got called to do some consulting. In-house which was really nice and it was all very easy. This woman brought in her iMac G4 and I just updated it with Tiger and showed her some brief basics of the new OS and also talked about upgrading her internet connection and other things. Also installed some RAM into the iMac so it wouldn't run to slow. Installed Office 2004. Yay, simple, took maybe an hour. The really cool thing was she was a horse person and she had borded at Mad River Stables so she knew Linda and NIPPET!! So we chatted horse all while OS X and Office was installing. Great time!
Came home and got some lunch and went to the barn to go riding. I got there and there are no horses out except the ones that are out 24/7/365. So I go around to the lower barn where Nippet is usually kept and there they are! Snickers, Kris, Nippet, Coffee and one other little pony I can't remember his name. So I groomed him and all, and lately he's been realy really good about standing and doing everything I ask like picking his feet up and all...can't complain!! The weather was nice, although when we rode it was getting windy so we only stayed out for a bit.
Came home and did some homework. Also played WoW and Greg was on so he helped me and showed me some more basics which was really nice. So I did one quest and then went back to do more homework.
This week we're learning about CSS, FINALLY YAY!!!! It's so much fun and I really like it. I am just doing the tutorial right now but it's fun.
Umm, chatted with Emilie a little, dunno what is wrong with her...then I some time reading the tech news and all...fun fun fun...and now I am finishing up for the night...
