Mega Clean-Up!
Wow, this entry is going to be VERY geeky. Beware!
Geek Chat: Ok, so today I started using the XServe as the gateway/router to our entire network here. I must have spent 5-6 hours just getting it so that machines inside the network could see eachother but also so that they could go outside the network (browse web, iChat, email, etc...). What a mini-project that was!! I finally did get it though. I am so thankful for the tools that come with Mac OS X Tiger Server.
So once I finally completed that, it was onto getting port forwarded for the webserver and other various applications. And wow, that is NO easy feat and I will admit I STILL HAVEN'T gotten it yet. So what I did for right now was move all the domains and files onto my EquestrianHonor.com box up at ASO for the time being. I am actually pretty sure I am just going to leave it there even if I get port forwarding working. it just makes my life easier having all my domains and files in one place. I might need to upgrade my ASO account but that won't be an issue.
So I am not sure what I will do with that Debian box. Probably trash it and turn it into a file server. Works for me haha. So everything is working, although there have been some domain name and site URL changes.

Although maybe I will keep the Debian box as a webserver for dev stuff...lots of crap to think about later on...

Oh yes, my ISP has annouced they're going to do ADSL2 which is 24MBit! WOOT!
Other Chit-Chat: Ummm I had some green beans to eat today. Yum. I fell asleep while watching Chronicles of Narnia...but only for a little I think. All that server work was making me sleepy so I had to take a little break around 4ish. So tomorrow is going to...well today actually...today is going to be a fun filled horsey day I think. I hope the weather gets to be a little better cause it was ass out today.
My eye is feeling a lot better so I don't think I'll have to go to the doctors which is nice. No time for such games :P
I listened to Trainwreck by Boys Night Out today, reminded me of this summer and going to Breckenridge and hanging out with Nippet for the first times. Hehe I am so looney!!
Well I have lunch tomorrow with Mikey and Bevs, called tonight off since the weather weasn't the greatest. It shall be fun!
Hrmm done babbling now?! I think so...woot.
