Why we hate clients sometimes: The client is currenlty making the jump from Radio to TV and does not fully understand what is going on. After his problem got escalated up to me by one of my engineers I worked with him for about 45 minutes this morning and got everything working.
He called back because it was no longer working and was eventually escalated back up to me a few minutes ago. I found he had changed back several of my settings, even though it was working correctly before. Why? Why would you go back and change the settings after the manufacturer set it to work correctly in your particular TV environment? Why after spending several hours of both of our time, do you throw that away and change it to something different?
